A new EU pay transparency directive has left many organizations feeling unprepared.

The study found that only 11% of Gen X and 31% of boomers say they have saved the often recommended, 10 times or more of their current annual salary for retirement.

The study found that over 50% of employees have watched TV, napped, or gamed during working hours.

About 45.1% of employees agree that a personal proficiency in AI will be critical to their job security in the future.
