The fiduciary rule's future under Trump

While Trump vowed to repeal and replace both the Affordable Care Act and the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act, he did not make specific mention of the DOLs fiduciary rule. And even if it's rolled back, the wheels are already in motion for a uniform fiduciary standard among providers of retirement advice.
