Centene, Fidelity sued over alleged excessive 401(k) fees, misuse of forfeited assets

A plan participant filed a complaint earlier this month in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Centene Management, a subsidiary of Centene Corp., which serves as the legal sponsor and administrator of certain employee benefit plans.
