New research from Remote reveals the benefits that potential and current employees are looking for across genders, job roles, and industries. The most desired benefits across all industries and job roles is overtime pay (79.3%). Health insurance (private, family, dental, and vision) was among the top 10 benefits, which illustrates the need for good health care that is covered by the employer.
