Aflac sued for alleged fraud, worker exploitation

Nine former employees of Aflac Inc. are claiming pervasive fraud and other misconduct, including pushing them to use sales tactics akin to those of the Wells Fargo scandal, as well as ruthlessly retaliating against whistleblowers.
